The maximum operating temperature for ceramic rollers, which can reach 1400 °C, is in addition to their superior high temperature resistance, bearing capacity, low water absorption, and good bending resistance. It is primarily employed in the manufacture of large-scale polished and vitrified tiles, particularly in the manufacture of heavy-duty goods. Reasonable use of ceramic rollers:

1. Cotton refractory fibers with a length of 30 to 50 mm should be placed inside the roller's inner cavities on both ends, with a maximum fill depth of 100 mm. 

2. Before placing the roll bar into the kiln, it should have a protective coating applied to its surface since this can lessen the corrosive effects of chemical substances on the roll bar and prevent roll breakage accidents. In most cases, the size length is 100mm greater than the effective width in the kiln, and the thickness ranges from 0.8mm to 1.2mm. Please see the introduction to roller protective coatings for further information on the specific use technique. 

3. The rollers should be completely dried next to the kiln or on its top before being carried into the kiln for usage (this should take around 1-2 days).
