Precautions for use

1.Change the rods in batches, and the temperature of the kiln drops to 600-700℃; the rods can be changed at high temperature individually. After the rollers are taken out, the rollers should be placed on the cushion frame supported by thermal insulation materials, and rotated until they cool down to below 600℃; or flat Put it on the ground covered with refractory cotton, and then cover the roller with insulating cotton to cool it. Avoid direct contact with floors and cold metal.

2.Avoid using alumina ceramic roller in an alkaline environment, as alkaline substances corrode the roller and shorten the service life.
