Description
High Temperature Alumina Ceramic Rollers are made of advanced cold isostatic pressing patent technology. It is mainly used in kilns for firing wall and floor tiles, daily-use ceramics, firing crystal glass, magnetic materials and electronic ceramics.

Precautions for use
1.Change the rods in batches, and the temperature of the kiln drops to 600-700℃; the rods can be changed at high temperature individually. After the rollers are taken out, the rollers should be placed on the cushion frame supported by thermal insulation materials, and rotated until they cool down to below 600℃; or flat Put it on the ground covered with refractory cotton, and then cover the roller with insulating cotton to cool it. Avoid direct contact with floors and cold metal.
2. Clean up the adhesives and attachments on the surface of the rollers in time. Avoid hard knocks, impacts, impacts and other methods that are prone to mechanical stress during cleaning. It is best to use special cleaning equipment. After the rollers are cleaned, the straightness, diameter, etc. must be carefully checked for reuse.
3.When the kiln is cooled and extinguished, the exhaust fan will continue to be turned on to keep the rollers running normally, and all other fans will be turned off to keep the firing with a slight positive pressure to prevent cold air from entering. After a day of cooling, the exhaust fan should be appropriately increased to gradually reduce the temperature in the kiln steadily. When the temperature drops below 500 °C, the roller can be taken out.
