Ceramic fiber board insulation is used as insulation materials in many kinds of kilns. It could stand the enviroment working temperature over 1000℃ until almost 1650℃. Ceramic fiber board insulation with good performance on a hard texture, toughness and strength, and has excellent resistance to wind erosion. 

Applications 

Ceramic fiber board insulation are basically serving as the ceramic fiber lining for mechanical heaters, warming hardware and tall- temperature pipelines. Metallurgy Industry: warming heaters, warm treatment heaters and scoop protects cover. Mechanism industry: warm cover fabric for electric control boilers, gas turbine motor and atomic control plant. Petrochemical industry: the lining of high-temperature response hardware and warming gear in chemical areas, like changing over heaters, constant/reduced weight heaters, breaking heaters, pipe lining. Ceramics and electroceramics: roller furnaces, burrow furnaces, carry ovens and other sorts of heaters.
