Description
Alumina Ceramic ususally made to 95% aluminum content and 99% aluminum content. The color is ivory white and pink. The 95% ceramic pipe can work under 1400℃ and 99% ceramic pipe can work under 1650 ℃. It is widely used in various industrial furnace fields, as furnace tube, support, threading, insulation and other purposes. More to know
The warping angle of alumina ceramic pipe is that all four corners of the green body are warped up, and the rest of the surface is straight or only slightly concave. This kind of defect occurs in the middle and both sides of the kiln. It is caused by the excessive temperature difference between the upper and lower surface of the roller table in the later stage of firing. If the size of the output kiln is correct, reduce the temperature of the upper part of the 2-3 groups (box) of the roller after firing and increase the temperature under the roller table equally.
If the product size after firing is too large, only increase the temperature below the roller table by 5-10°C or more; if the product size after firing is too small, only increase the temperature above the roller table by 5-10°C Or more, so that the above-mentioned undesirable phenomena can be well improved.
