Ceramic fiber paper is made of selected aluminum silicate ceramic fiber cotton as the main raw material by wet molding process. On the basis of traditional technology, the slag removal and drying process is improved. Its characteristics are asbestos-free, uniform fiber distribution, white color, no delamination, less slag ball (four centrifugal slag removal), flexible adjustment of bulk density according to application, and high strength (Including reinforced fiber), good elasticity, strong mechanical processing. Due to different operating temperatures, it is divided into four materials, standard, high-aluminum, and zirconium-containing ceramic fiber paper.

Production Process

Ceramic fiber paper uses ceramic fiber as the main raw material, and adopts wet method (wet method, also known as phase separation method or thermally induced phase separation method, which corresponds to dry method. The principle is to add high boiling point small molecules as porogens to polyolefins. In the process, it is heated and melted into a uniform system, and then the temperature is reduced to cause phase separation. High temperature resistance: There are two kinds of temperature resistance: 1260 and 1400℃.
