Description

Alumina Ceramic Tiles are most widely used structural ceramics in electiral industires. Its main component is alumina (Al2O3), which is processed through dry pressing and other processes. 

It is generally white in color and can be processed into various shapes. 

Features

Alumina Ceramic Tiles have excellent electrical properties at high frequencies, with low dielectric loss, high volume resistivity, high strength, high hardness, and low coefficient of linear expansion. 

It also has good wear resistance and heat resistance up to 1700℃. Good hardness performance and good resistance improves the quality performance in use.

Commonly used molding introduction:

It is mainly made by using processes such as dry pressing, and the forming method is uniaxial or bi-directional. Presses are divided into hydraulic presses and mechanical presses, which can be semi-automatic or fully automatic. The maximum pressure is 200Mpa, and the output can reach 15-50 pieces per minute.
