It is available in a variety of chemical compositions and sizes for different applications. In addition, these fibers can be further improved by shredding and deslagging, and their fiber properties can be improved by adding lubricants.

Product Features

Our Ceramic Fiber Bulk is comprised of top-notch components, free of corrosive chemicals like binding agents and asbestos. Chemical stability and resistance to the majority of hostile substances (except phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid and strong alkalis). Even when the product is moistened with oil, water, or steam, its physical characteristics, such as temperature resistance and thermal insulation, are unaffected. Additionally, it offers great sound absorption and tensile strength.

Application

For industrial furnaces and other thermal equipment, ceramic fiber bulk is frequently employed as a fireproof, heat-insulating material.
