Design of silicon carbide rod power supply equipment

Therefore, the secondary voltage of the transformer must have several adjustable voltage levels. Each level is designed as a constant power. The lowest level voltage is designed according to the initial resistance of the silicon carbide rod. The remaining voltage levels are designed according to the aging of the resistance, the highest level. The voltage should be twice the lowest level. In this way, the resistance of the silicon carbide rod increases after a period of time, and the power required for heating cannot be met, so the voltage is increased by one level, and the heating power can be satisfied. By analogy, the service life of the silicon carbide rod is guaranteed. This kind of design is the most standardized, and it can be seen everywhere on the feeding channel in the past few years. The secondary voltage is often designed into 4 levels, namely 60V, 80V, 100V and 120V.
