Description

Alumina Ceramic Rod is mainly made of high quality alumina, and is made by the injection molding process. It can be drilled, slotted and grounded to meet the requirements of ventilation, winding and special assembly. It generally has a white cylindrical appearance with a smooth surface and no burrs. Processing

Alumina ceramic tubes are industrial alumina made from bauxite (Al2O3-3H2O) and hard alumina monohydrate. For Al2O3 with high purity requirements, it is usually prepared by chemical methods. The molding methods are mainly extrusion molding, isostatic molding, injection molding, dry pressing, and high-temperature calcination molding after injection, but they are different from ordinary ceramic tubes.

This composite ceramic material can greatly improve the hardness and strength of ceramic tubes by adding zirconia, silicon oxide, silicon nitride and other powder materials during the calcination process.
