Ceramic Fiber Bulk is a high-temperature insulating fiber made from high-purity raw material which is melted at high temperature and maily manufactured by the blowing or spinning method. It is available in a variety of chemical compositions and sizes for different applications. In addition, these fibers can be further improved by shredding and deslagging, and their fiber properties can be improved by adding lubricants.

Product Features

Our Ceramic Fiber Bulk is comprised of top-notch components, free of corrosive chemicals like binding agents and asbestos. Chemical stability and resistance to the majority of hostile substances (except phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid and strong alkalis). Even when the product is moistened with oil, water, or steam, its physical characteristics, such as temperature resistance and thermal insulation, are unaffected. Additionally, it offers great sound absorption and tensile strength.

Application

For industrial furnaces and other thermal equipment, ceramic fiber bulk is frequently employed as a fireproof, heat-insulating material.

The difference between spinning cotton and fiber cotton can be analyzed from the technical point of view as follows:

3. Cotton that has been spun has superior thermal conductivity than cotton that has been woven due of its finer fiber;

4. Cotton that has been spun is stronger in terms of tensile and flexural strength due to its thicker fiber.
