Si3N4 Tube is a silicon nitride ceramic material, which is an inorganic material ceramic and does not shrink during sintering. Basic Nature

At not too high temperature, Si3N4 has high strength and impact resistance, but above 1200℃, it will be damaged with the increase of use time, and its strength will be reduced. Fatigue damage is more likely to occur above 1450℃, so Si3N4 The operating temperature generally does not exceed 1300°C. Since Si3N4 has a low theoretical density and is much lighter than steel and engineering super heat-resistant alloy steel, it is more appropriate to use Si3N4 ceramics instead of alloy steel in those places that require materials with high strength, low density, and high temperature resistance.
