Our crucible is available in various shapes, including arc-oxygen, square, rectangular, straight (cylindrical), and various special shapes. The color is generally white, and there are various choices of specifications and sizes. Alumina Ceramic Crucible is suitable for various laboratories, laboratories, metal and non-metal sample analysis and melting materials and various industrial analysis.


Property

Our Alumina Ceramic Crucible is made of high purity alumina containing more than 99%, which makes it highly refractory, chemically stable, and can be used as corrosion and wear resistant parts. It is also resistant to high temperatures, 1600°C for normal use and 1800°C for short periods. Also resistant to sudden cold and heat, not easy to burst. Our crucibles are grouted and molded for high density.

Attentions

1. Corundum crucible can be used for melting and sintering of certain alkaline melts, but the temperature should not be too high and the time should be as short as possible. In some cases, it can replace nickel and platinum crucibles, but aluminum and aluminum measurements can interfere with measurements. It cannot be used at the bottom.

2. Because of the small bottom of the crucible, it is usually necessary to place the crucible on a clay triangle and heat it directly by fire. The crucible can be placed upright or tilted on the iron triangle and can be placed on its own according to experimental needs. The crucible should not be placed on a cold metal table immediately after heating to prevent it from breaking due to rapid cooling. Do not place it on a wooden table immediately to avoid scalding the table or causing a fire. The correct method is to place it on an iron tripod to cool naturally or on an asbestos grid to allow it to cool slowly. Please use crucible tongs for the crucible.
