Properties of Silicon Carbide Products
1. Anti-corrosion and wear-resistant silicon carbide has strong hardness (greater than Mohs grade 9), and its wear resistance is more than ten times that of alloy steel and wear-resistant cast iron. And it has good corrosion resistance to acid and alkaline substances.
2. Silicon carbide products are sintered at a high temperature of 1500 degrees, have high temperature resistance, can be used in an environment below 1600 degrees, and have good thermal conductivity, with a thermal conductivity of more than 12.
